Are the injections refrigerated?

Most medications are refrigerated and will arrive in a cold pack. Out of the refrigerator, your meds are good for up to 4 days at 107 degree temperature, and up to 7 days at room temperature. As an extra precaution we encourage our patients to always refrigerate their medications, as the refrigerator is a cleaner and more sterile environment.

Shipping and Delivery Issues?

Patients are expected to inspect packages upon delivery and report any delivery/product issues within 48 hours to info@citizenmeds.com

Do you take Insurance?

We do not take insurance.
